Yield: 4 servings

2 cups chopped cantaloupe
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 teaspoons artificial sweetener
2 teaspoons minced mint

Garnish: mint sprigs

In a blender, combine 1 cup of the cantaloupe with the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth, about 1 minute.

Fold in the remaining cantaloupe and pour into a container and chill for at least 2 hours.

Serve in soup bowls garnished with mint sprigs.
