Hot Fiesta Spinach Dip Recipe
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup salsa
1 10-ounce package chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 ? cups grated Jack cheese
8 ounces cream cheese, cut into small cubes
? cup sliced black olives
1 cup chopped pecans

Combine onion, salsa, spinach, 2 cups cheese, cream cheese and olives. Transfer to oven-proof serving dish and top with pecans.

Bake about 30 minutes at 400?F until hot and bubbly. Top with remaining cheese.

Serve hot with tricuits or other whole grain crackers for dippers.
