1 Tbsp freshly grated ginger
1 Tsp grated lemon peel
1 Tbsp grated onion
6 Tbsp butter
salt & pepper
2 Tsps lemon juice

Mix all of the ingredients together in a small saucepan.

Cook over low heat for approximately 5 minutes.

Spoon over grilled fish fillets or steaks.
