Just wondering if anyone uses the almond flour or soy flour instead of ww flour????? Is almond flour or soy flour legal on SB????
I have used almond flour making muffins before, then got to thinking was it legal. Any response appreciated. Thanks

Almond flour is simply ground almonds and since almonds are SB legal I think almond flour is too. It of course is higher in fat but very few carbs. I have used it for muffins and cookies with great success.

I would guess that soy flour is OK as well.
