CHEDDAR, APPLE AND BACON PANINI

8 slices whole grain bread
4 tbs Dijon mayonnaise
8 oz each Canadian bacon and sliced Cheddar cheese
1 Gala and/or Granny Smith apple, cored and thinly sliced
softened butter

Preheat the GFG.

Spread one side of each bread slice with butter.

Spread each slice with creamy Dijon, top with 1/4 bacon, cheese and apples.

Top with remaining bread.

Place on grill pan & close lid.

Cook 6 min. or until cheese melts and bread is toasted.
