1 lb chicken breasts cooked and shredded
1 can black beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 small onion chopped
1 can green chiles
6 large chole grain tortillas
8 oz mexican flavored grated cheese
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 packet splenda

mix chicken with all ingredients except cheese and tortillas.
Cook for ten minutes

In a 9by 11 pan layer 1 and a half tortilla then 1/3 sauce repeat two more times. Top with cheese cover pan with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 350. Then uncover for around ten minutes.
