Apple Spinach Salad

1 lb spinach
6 slices cooked crisp bacon
1 red Delicious apple
2 hard boiled eggs
1 sm. red onion sliced thin
1/2 c chopped pecans

Dressing
1/4 lb crumbled Roquefort cheese
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c sour cream
