1 (16 oz.) pkg. Kielbasa sausage
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, cut into strips
6c coarsely chopped cabbage
1c dry white wine or chicken broth
1/2 t caraway seeds
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper

Saute sausage in a large heavy skillet over med. heat until browned; drain on paper towels. Add onion and bell pepper to skillet and saute 2-3 minutes. Add cabbage and cook stirring often 8 min. Add sausage, liquid and remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to med- low and cook 10 minutes or until cabbage is tender. 4 servings
