String Bean Artichoke Casserole

ingredients: 2 cans of French Sliced No/Salt Green Beens
2 cans of Reese Quartered Artichokes
1 cup of Sugar Busters Breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp of San Marc Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 oz. Naturally Lite Oilve Oil Spray
3 oz. of Shredded Parmasan Cheese
6 oz. of Shredded Part Shim Mozzarella Cheese
process: Pre-heat oven at 375 degrees
In a approx. 9x18" Casserole Dish
Spray & coat the bottom of dish with Olive Oil Spray
Then drain the 2 cans of green beans & 2 cans of artichokes and add them to the dish
Now sprinkle in the breadcrumbs,Parmasan and Olive oil and mix all together with green beans & artichokes. spread evenly across pan.
now top evenly with mozzarella cheese
Place in preheated oven for 30 minutes then for 5 minutes change oven to Broiler - this browns the cheese
