Here's a quick sandwich I threw together for dinner ...

Per sandwich

2 slices of bread
1-2 slices swiss cheese
2 slices ham
thin spread of mustard and/or mayo, and SF preserves (blackberry is my choice)

Build sandwich and soak in mixture of 1 egg and 1/4 cup milk.
Pan grill (can use butter, I used cooking spray) on both sides.
When toasted (just like French toast), cut and serve with a spoonful of preserves on the side.
Where do you find ham that is not sugar cured? I have searched all over have yet to find a sugar free one. I found bacon at Walmart but not ham. That sandwich sounds so good!

I just use meat/cheese from the deli. You could also use sliced turkey, whatever you and your family like!
