I love these grilled veggies and could eat them every day!

Asparagus, ends trimmed
Red Pepper, cut in large chunks
Green Pepper, cut in strips
Red onion, cut in large chunks
Mushrooms, halved or quartered

Red Pepper and Parmasean Salad Dressing (Kraft)
Fresh Ground Pepper

Prepare all veggies, toss with dressing, salt and pepper, and cover for about an hour to let flavours "marry"

Place on double thick foil on medium heat on BBQ-I usually use the top rack because I cook other things at the same time. Seal foil well. Takes about 15 minutes-Delicious!

I didn't put quantities, because i vary them depending on whose home for dinner-easy to adjust to small or large quantities cool.gif
