Cinnamon French Toast

INGREDIENTS:
2 egg whites
3 tablespoons skim milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch of grated nutmeg
3 slices whole-wheat bread
2 tablespoons margarine


DIRECTIONS:
In a shallow dish, mix egg whites, skim milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Soak both sides of bread in mixture. In a large frying pan, melt margarine over high heat. Add bread; reduce heat to medium. Turn bread after 2 minutes. Cook until golden brown.

Use a sugar free syrup for topping.
