YIELD: about 8 servings, each with only a trace of carbs, fiber & protein!

1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 pkg. sugar free grape kool-aide (threw in whole pkg). or your choice flavor!
3 pkg. sweet n low (if you taste it b4 adding this-you'll know why i added it!!!)

whip it up-nice and thick then.......
add to it:

raspberry sugar-free jello (or your choice flavor)

LOTS AND LOTS OF THE WHIPPED CREAM IN THERE. mix it up really good! little bits of jello all thru the whipped cream (when i make jello i put in 1 c. boiling water and 1/2 c. cold-so there's MORE FLAVOR!!)
