Ingredients

i like to marinate my wings 1st in: (sometime overnite-sometimes 5 min!)
(i don't measure anything!! i like LOTS of garlic, pepper!)

olive oil
granulated garlic (or powder)
salt
blk.pepper
paprika
poultry seasoning
.......................................
THEN:

in large plastic bag i put in
sifted stone ground whole wheat flour
gran. garlic
salt
blk.pepper
paprika
poultry seasoning (same spices as above)
........................................
throw chicken wings in colander to let some oil drip off
then put a few wings in the flour bag and cover completely.
lay out on a plate till filled (don't really crowd them!)
then put plate in fridge for 90 minutes till nice and cold
(helps the flour to really sit to them!!)
then put in deep fryer and cook approx. 11-13 min. till golden brown and
JUICY!!

then you can make a dipping sauce.
on stove in saucepan till butter is melted:

1/2 bottle FRANKS cajun sauce (hot sauce)
1 stick butter
