1 t. yeast
1 c. warm water
1 t. salt
little olive oil

mix.....let sit for about 5 minutes then add:

stone ground whole wheat flour

1/4 cup at a time.......DON'T ADD TOO MUCH! want the dough nice and soft........
place alittle olive oil in a bowl and place dough into it. then i put in oven, turn on 175 degrees for about 15min. turn off and let raise 1 hr.
pour a little olive oil in a NONSTICK cookie sheet. press out the dough with your FINGERS........i like mine thin (especially using the wheat flour!)

"Fork it" and bake it at 450 degrees about 10-13 minutes, check to see if underneath is cooked (i use a spatula to lift up). when cooked then i add my toppings:

tomato sauce
homemade cooked italian sausage
lots mushrooms
slivered onions
diced green bell peppers
lots mozzerella cheese & cheddar cheeses
sliced pepperoni on top so it gets "curled up" and "toasted!"
ADD OREGANO all over pizza/black pepper/red pepper!!
and parmesian cheese after it comes out!!

and cook it: 450 usually 20 minutes! till cheese is all melted and slightly browned!
