Fruit Cobbler
6 T butter, sliced
1 c pourable Splenda
1 c sgww flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 c milk
2 tsp vanilla
3-4 cups fruit (sliced peaches, blackberries, blueberries, etc. or any combo)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place butter in the bottom of an oblong baking dish and place in the oven to melt. Mix remaining ingredients except fruit. Pour over the butter. Do not stir. Top with fruit. Bake for about 1 hour.
Cover with foil if it browns too quickly. Serve warm with sf vanilla ice cream.
