Smoked Turkey Wraps

The fresh flavors provided by the quick cole slaw in this recipe make a sandwich that tastes considerably better than any from the carry-out deli-plus, you're in control of the fat and calories.
Ingredients
1 - pinch sugar (or alternative)
2 cups (5 oz/150 g) shredded green cabbage
1 cup (2 1/2 oz/75 g) shredded red cabbage
1 - carrot, grated (optional)
2 - green onions, thinly sliced on the diagonal
4 - whole-wheat flatbreads or tortillas
8 ounces (240 g) thinly sliced smoked turkey breast
1 - vine-ripened tomato, sliced
3 tablespoons fat-free or soy mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Preparation - Estimated cooking time: Under 30 minutes -
1 In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard and sugar. Add green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots and onions. Toss well to coat.
2 Lay one flatbread on the work surface. Spoon one-fourth of the cabbage slaw onto the flatbread. Top with tomato and turkey slices. Roll tightly. Repeat with the remaining flatbreads and filling.
